To be eligible, users must be aged 60 or above and legally capable of entering into contracts in their jurisdiction.

4. Services

We provide comparison, advisory, and subscription services for elderly care insurance policies.

5. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are charged annually. All fees are payable in CHF. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

6. Refund Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of your subscription date. Refunds are processed as follows:

• Full Refund: Applicable if no policy has been purchased through our platform.
• Partial Refund: Applicable if a policy has been purchased but canceled within the insurer's free-look period.
• Non-Refundable: Requests made after the 30-day period or after the free-look period of the insurer.

6.1 Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please submit your request via our contact form. Include your subscription details and reason for refund. We will review and process your request within 14 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on CarePlanX.com is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
